  • Organizes and facilitates daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and refinements.
  • Ensures Scrum events are productive and kept within the timebox.
  • Collaborates with Product Manager(s) to manage the technical/support backlog.
  • Ensures backlog items are well-defined and ready for the project team to work on.
  • Tracks and reports on the progress of backlog items and ensures timely resolution of support issues.
  • Provides support for product-related issues and ensures timely resolution.
  • Partners with the support team to address customer concerns and feedback.
  • Implement best practices for product support and continuous improvement.
  • Supports third-party apps as needed.
  • Provides deployment process support.
  • Identifies and removes obstacles hindering the project team’s progress.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, relative field or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in project management, preferably in a product development environment
  • Demonstrated experience of managing successful projects required
  • Experience working in cross-functional environment(s) with engineering, product, support, and business stakeholders
  • Experience leading through influence; leading a scrum project team
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAF3 Scrum Master (SSM) preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent delivery certification preferred
  • Formal Agile training strongly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and delivery methodologies
  • Knowledge of product and technical backlog management
  • Understanding of enterprise governance, compliance, security, and quality standards
  • Familiarity with post release support models, incident management, and continuous improvement practices
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software preferred
  • Strong facilitation skills to lead Scrum ceremonies, planning sessions, and retrospectives effectively
