Talent Acquisition Manager
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Based in our White House, TN Corporate Office
Schaffhouser Electric, a rapidly growing Veteran-owned Industrial Electrical Contractor, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting efforts across multiple states. This position is based in our corporate office in White House, Tennessee.
The primary focus of this role is recruiting and hiring top talent for our growing workforce, with an emphasis on Industrial/Commercial Electricians, Apprentices, Foremen, Supervisors, and other positions. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work directly with company leadership and operations teams to identify staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, build candidate pipelines, and drive hiring efforts that support company growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from sourcing through onboarding.
- Partner with operational leaders to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract skilled trades professionals.
- Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, trade schools, military transition programs, and industry events.
- Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Manage recruiting metrics, hiring reports, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Attend career fairs, recruiting events, and industry networking opportunities as needed.
- Assist with onboarding and new hire integration.
- Support employee retention initiatives and workforce development programs.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
- Experience recruiting skilled trades, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or similar positions strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruiting software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Electrician recruiting experience is a plus.

- Skilled trades recruiting.

- Multi-state recruiting experience.
