About the Opportunity

TEKsystems is partnering with a leading payments and technology organization to hire Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in both Spanish and English. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting customers with utility and gas bill payment services. If you enjoy helping people, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer service calls regarding utility and gas bill payments
  • Assist customers with questions about their accounts and billing statements
  • Process customer payments securely over the phone
  • Support customers who have missed payments and need assistance restoring utility services
  • Direct callers to the appropriate department when issues fall outside the scope of support
  • Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service in both English and Spanish
  • Accurately document customer interactions and payment information
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • At least 1 year of call center customer service experience

OR

  • Minimum 2 years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience if no call center experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
  • Ability to navigate computer systems while speaking with customers
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous bilingual call center experience
  • Experience handling billing, payment processing, or utility-related customer inquiries

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $19.23/hr.
