What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a software developer trainee, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Software Developer Trainee, you need a foundational understanding of programming languages (such as Java, Python, or JavaScript), algorithms, and problem-solving skills, often supported by a degree in computer science or a related field.
