Hybrid - Philadelphia, PA/Mount Laurel NJ

Contract-to-Hire


About the Role:

Weโ€™re looking for a Junior Software Engineer who is passionate about building the next generation of AI-driven systems. This role focuses on hands-on development of agentic AI solutions, infrastructure, and language model applications. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career (about 1+ year experience) who is deeply engaged in AI/ML, experimentation, and building systems from the ground up.


What Youโ€™ll Do (Day-to-Day):

โ€ข Design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications, with a strong focus on agentic systems

โ€ข Develop and support infrastructure for AI/ML workflows

โ€ข Work with and integrate large language models (LLMs) into scalable systems

โ€ข Contribute across both software engineering and systems/infra layers

โ€ข Collaborate with engineering leadership and stakeholders to prototype and deliver solutions

โ€ข Participate in live demos and technical walkthroughs to showcase your work


Core Skills (Must-Have):

โ€ข Strong foundation in software development with exposure to AI/ML

โ€ข Experience or strong interest in agentic frameworks / autonomous AI systems ((key differentiator)

โ€ข Familiarity with LLMs and language model integrations

โ€ข Experience building or supporting infrastructure for AI systems
