Job Title: AI Software Contract Sales Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a contract sales leader with deep experience in manufacturing or industrial technology to help drive early customer adoption of a new computer vision AI platform.

This role is ideal for someone who understands plant operations and has existing relationships across quality, manufacturing, and operations teams.

What You'll Do

Leverage your network to open doors with manufacturing customers (especially automotive and industrial)

Drive sales of paid pilots and initial deployments for edge-based and cloud products

Translate real-world operational challenges into compelling AI use cases (inspection, defect detection, process optimization)

Shape early go-to-market messaging based on customer feedback

Build and manage a small pipeline from initial outreach through close

What We're Looking For

10+ years selling software into manufacturing, industrial, or automation environments

Proven ability to close complex, solution-based deals

Strong relationships with plant managers, manufacturing engineers, or quality leaders

Comfortable operating independently in an early-stage, fast-moving environment

Experience with AI, machine vision, or industrial software is a strong plus
