Job description

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St., Dallas, TX 75202
DUTIES: Configure setting up and tailoring the functionality of SaaS and Enterprise-wide applications to meet specific business requirements without writing code. Configuring tables, fields, and forms. Define business rules, UI policies, and client scripts using the platform's graphical interface. Configure workflows and approvals using delivered, UI-based editor tools. Design and configure service portal, widgets, and catalog items. Set up user roles, groups, and permissions. Configure integrations with external systems using pre-built connectors and APIs. Maintain compensation packages (Management Compensation Package, Bargained Compensation Package, and Executive Compensation Package), Compensation Salary plans (annual salary and bargained salary plan), one-time payment plans (75 one-time payment plans) and allowance plans (45 plans). Load and correct the pay data (effective retro dates/future dates) to ensure the correct information to reflect for the pay period. Prepare, load, and validate EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) for one-time payments/compensation changes/allowance plan assignment. Configure Merit Matrix tables with guideline ranges for domestic and international population based on their performance ratings to reflect appropriate guideline range on the Compensation Review process in reference to decision makers in Global Annual Compensation Review Process in Workday. Maintain job profiles in Workday: coordinating with compensation consultants to get requirements to create new job profile/modifying existing job information. Load general wage increase tables for various labor contracts in the system. Coordinate with payroll to address any pay impacting issues resulting from the compensation plans configurations. Utilize Scaled Agile (SAFe) software development methodology. Develop Workday human capital management Modules -Reporting/Core HCM/Compensation/Workday Security.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Engineering and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing Scaled Agile (SAFe) software development methodology; developing Workday human capital management Modules -Reporting/Core HCM/Compensation/Workday Security.
