Overview/ Job Responsibilities

Sev1Tech is looking for a Software Applications Engineer to join our Army team supporting a critical mission. We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable web applications built on the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in C#, .NET 10+, and Blazor, with deep experience developing rich user interfaces using the MudBlazor framework and modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Razor. This role requires the ability to build responsive, user-focused applications while integrating robust backend services and APIs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing full-stack solutions that leverage ASP.NET Core Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, and SQL-based data systems, while ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability. Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization models, including OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0 integrated with Microsoft Entra ID, is essential.

Salary Range: $115,000-$130,000

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must have a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to computer or information science or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years combined experience in Software Applications Engineering
  • Key Technical experience to include:
    • Strong .NET full-stack development with C# skills
    • Expertise in MudBlazor and front-end technologies HTML, CSS, OpenXml, and JavaScript
    • API Development
    • Proficiency in Azure Services and DevOps
    • Experience with version control, testing, and development environments
    • Proficiency with Problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and teamwork
    • Security + certification
    • This is a hybrid role, but must be within reasonable driving distance to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
