International long\-only fund seeks Global Equity Research Analyst (Associate level) to cover general sectors.  The asset manager focuses on high quality growth stocks in long\-term, fundamental value\-oriented investment.  The position is located in New York City and a part of the global team located in different time zones.<\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

Conduct bottom\-up research of equities on assigned industries<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

Develop and present new investment ideas<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

Monitor current investments to enhance risk adjusted returns for the portfolio.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

Monitor the latest news on the underlining stocks in the portfolio and evaluate the impacts on the stocks.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

Build and maintain complete company models, create income statement, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts and perform valuation analysis.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

Conduct on\-site company visits and conference calls and meet the company managements frequently.<\/span><\/span>

Maintain good and frequent communication with the portfolio managers on industries and stocks in their portfolio.<\/span><\/span>

Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record, MBA, CFA a Plus.<\/span><\/span>

Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/span><\/span>

3\-10 Years of experience in Equity investment research, financial modeling and analysis<\/span><\/span>

IT(Software, Internet Services)\/ Consumer Staple sector analyst experience is preferable, but not must<\/span><\/span>

Working knowledge of accounting, finance, and valuation<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

Ability to multi\-task and work with numerous teams<\/span><\/span>
