Join Our Team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and their families across Connecticut

Creative Interventions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in early intervention and autism assessments to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about supporting families, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and helping young children thrive.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct autism assessments and guide families throughout the diagnostic process with empathy and expertise.

  • Provide high-quality services within the child and family’s natural environment.

  • Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to positive outcomes.

  • Serve families across Connecticut, with opportunities to work in Tolland, Hartford, Litchfield, New Haven, New London, and Middlesex counties.

What You Bring
  • Active CT LCSW license (required)

  • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

  • Compliance with Department of Public Health licensing requirements

  • Experience in early intervention and/or autism assessment strongly preferred

  • A commitment to family-centered, strengths-based practice
