As a Co-Responder, you will play a vital role in crisis intervention, helping individuals in need access essential behavioral health treatment. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those experiencing crises while working closely with local law enforcement. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, empathetic, and skilled in crisis intervention.
In this role, you will respond to calls for service alongside the Springfield Police Department, providing immediate support and resources to individuals in crisis.
