As a Client Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in monitoring claim progress, verifying information, and serving as a liaison between our firm and the Social Security Administration (SSA). Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will directly support our clients during one of the most challenging periods of their lives.

What You'll Do

As a Client Support Representative, you'll help ensure client cases remain accurate, current, and progressing through the disability process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary liaison between Parmele Disability Advocates and the Social Security Administration (SSA).

Monitor and verify claim statuses to ensure timely case progression.

Review case records and identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential delays.

Investigate and resolve claim status issues through research and follow-up with appropriate parties.

Monitor important deadlines and prepare routine correspondence as needed.

Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date case documentation within the firm's systems.

Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure cases move forward efficiently.

Perform administrative and case support tasks to assist with overall case management operations.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with all firm policies regarding sensitive client information.
