This role is designed to be entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while working from the comfort of your own home. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will have access to a supportive network of colleagues and resources, coupled with the autonomy to tailor your therapeutic approaches to suit each client's unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy strategies that promote healing and change.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting your methods to effectively address specific issues.
• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in conformity with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that client confidentiality is always upheld.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and continuing education, staying current on trends and advancements within the mental health field.

Your work will focus on serving disadvantaged populations who often have limited access to mental health services. You will address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. By employing your expertise, you will directly contribute to improving the mental well-being of those in need within the community.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is required.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is mandatory, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the counseling profession.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Proficient use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and comfort with related technologies.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques and the ability to adapt approaches based on client needs.
