Position Summary
The Social Media Representative & Service Porter/Driver is responsible for promoting the dealership through social media while supporting daily service department operations. This role combines digital marketing, customer engagement, and vehicle transportation to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Responsibilities
  • Create and publish engaging content on the dealership's social media platforms.
  • Photograph and video inventory, dealership events, and customer vehicle deliveries.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with planning and executing social media marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor online reviews and notify management of customer feedback.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
Service Porter/Driver Responsibilities
  • Transport customer and dealership vehicles safely between locations.
  • Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as scheduled.
  • Shuttle customers to and from the dealership when needed.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness by washing, vacuuming, and preparing vehicles for delivery.
  • Park and organize inventory and customer vehicles on dealership property.
  • Assist technicians and service advisors with moving vehicles through the service process.
  • Perform basic inspections of vehicles before and after transport.
  • Keep the service drive and parking areas clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • We do require a background check prior to hiring.

Physical Requirements
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, and driving.
  • Ability to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
