We are seeking a Social Media & Campaign Management Specialist to support our ecommerce and marketing teams in bringing our family of brands to life across social media, email, and digital campaigns. In this role, you will help visually represent our portfolio of brands across channels including Instagram, Facebook, email, TikTok and TikTok Shop, while supporting promotional campaigns, creator partnerships, and brand storytelling.
This role reports to our marketing and ecommerce leadership and works closely with our Creative and Brand teams. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who understands how content, ecommerce, and brand storytelling work together. They are comfortable jumping into a TikTok trend, organizing a campaign calendar, helping select products for an email, and working with designers to bring a visual concept to life. They are detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited to help grow multiple consumer brands across social and digital channels.
This is a hybrid role based out of our office in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels
  • Support day-to-day content creation, including short-form video, product-focused posts, lifestyle content, reels, TikToks, and campaign assets
  • Participate in content filming, including TikTok Lives, product demos, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign shoots
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate voice
  • Track social media performance and help identify opportunities to grow engagement, reach, and audience size
  • Research trends, hashtags, platform updates, and social best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify creative opportunities across social and digital channels
  • Manage and monitor TikTok Shop content opportunities, product features, creator activity, and campaign performance
  • Research and identify social media creators for potential collaborations across our family of brands
  • Assist with creator outreach, product seeding, campaign tracking, and follow-up communication
  • Support affiliate and creator campaign organization, including product recommendations, campaign briefs, and performance reporting
  • Work with marketing and ecommerce leadership to support email campaign planning, promotional calendars, and campaign execution
  • Help determine product selection for email campaigns based on seasonality, brand priorities, inventory, promotions, and ecommerce goals
  • Partner with the creative team to establish campaign visuals, product stories, lifestyle direction, and supporting assets
  • Assist with coordinating campaign details, including deadlines, featured products, promotional messaging, image needs, and final asset handoff
  • Review campaign performance and provide recommendations for future social and email initiatives
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, ecommerce marketing, content creation, or campaign coordination
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms
  • Experience creating short-form video content, filming product content, or supporting social-first creative
  • Interest in ecommerce, lifestyle brands, home entertaining, barware, drinkware, gifting, or consumer products
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone by brand and platform
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities at once
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, creative, and brand teams
  • Experience with TikTok Shop, creator partnerships, affiliate programs, or email marketing platforms is a plus
  • Basic understanding of social analytics and campaign reporting
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Later, Dash Hudson, Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar tools is a plus
