Job description

Job Summary: The Media Campaign Manager is responsible for supporting all facets of our Media business including, but not limited to the agencies Digital, OOH (inventory, production and placement), and Print operations. The ideal candidate will evolve into a vital part of the integrated team with increasing levels of responsibility that shall include proposal creation and project management. This role is essential to the pre-sale as well as the post-sale process. The ideal candidate is a team player, an avid learner, organized, detail oriented, able to multitask and focused on playing a successful part in executing advertising campaigns. This candidate must be driven, resourceful, and proactive.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of agency owned OOH inventory as well as field representatives and school contacts
    • Communicate with field reps and school staff
    • Track packages and communicate status
    • Collect POP (Proof of Performance):
    • Communicate with various types of school staff members, including at times Department Directors, Students, and Secretaries.
    • Create and Manage Campaign Ad Placement Trackers
    • Maintain good relationships with field staff and school staff
    • Track repairs needed to our Media Boards
  • Print Tracking & Database Management
    • Process/log in receipt of proof of performance
    • Correspond with publishers for outstanding proof of performance
    • Updating rate cards, publication contact information, etc.
    • Managing communication with publications during database cleanup projects
  • Lead internal status meetings to raise and avoid any potential inventory, campaign and/or client issues with delegated plans
  • Media negotiating for OOH, print and online publishers to secure the best pricing options for Refuel clients
  • Ensure all media buys are placed properly and accurately billed to clients
  • Work with Digital AdOps as needed for digital campaign implementations
  • Filing, faxing, email, general office duties
  • Other job related duties as assigned
    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1-2 plus years of media and/or advertising experience preferred
  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities, duties and projects in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in client relationships, services and presentations is a must

Job Requirements:

  • Travel up to 5-10% possible
  • Seasonality of the business may require additional work hours
