Job Description

The Social Media Strategist is responsible for managing Eptura's global social media program. This highly autonomous individual contributor role owns social media strategy, content planning and creation, publishing, engagement, and performance reporting to ensure brand consistency and reinforce Eptura's market leadership.

This person will develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, translate company messaging into compelling social content, and act as a community manager across owned social channels. This position stays informed on evolving social media trends and best practices and tracks campaign performance to continuously improve results.
This role is based in the Atlanta area, with occasional in-office meetings and in-person collaboration days expected.
  • Write, create, curate, publish and manage content (image, video, written, and audio) on company social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency through tone, look, and feel.
  • Develop and maintain social publishing editorial calendar aligned with brand, demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing, communications, and executive visibility initiatives.
  • Adapt company messaging, thought leadership, and campaigns into compelling social content tailored for specific audiences and channels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to develop and implement social media components of integrated marketing campaigns, including a combination of organic, paid, and boosted tactics.
  • Apply understanding of the sales process to support pipeline generation and ensure campaign tracking is in place to monitor attribution.
  • Curate content for and administer employee social advocacy program.
  • Partner with company leaders and subject matter experts to amplify thought leadership and support executive social media presence.
  • Regularly measure, report on, and refine tactics based on KPIs such as reach, engagement, sentiment, follower growth, traffic, and conversions.
  • Act as community manager across social channels, responding timely to public and private comments and questions.
  • Maintain up-to-date, brand-aligned company profiles on social channels and consistently adhere to social media reputation management protocols.
  • Administer social platform account security, passwords, and access in conjunction with marketing operations.
  • Maintain knowledge of changing algorithms, platform capabilities, and content specifications across social channels to ensure all assets are optimized.
  • Leverage social listening, competitive analysis, and performance benchmarking to identify industry, competitor, and customer trends, and recommend content opportunities, audience engagement tactics, and channel strategy improvements.
  • Represent company and support media and analyst relations through online advocacy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain guidelines for employee social media use.
  • Maintain familiarity with key product features and updates to clearly communicate competitive differentiation.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external agencies as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, writing, journalism, or a related discipline
  • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience administering social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Oktopost, or similar)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to transform complex topics into concise and engaging social content
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, audience engagement, and brand storytelling principles
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment when representing a brand across public social channels
  • Highly organized self-starter capable of managing both strategic planning and day-to-day execution across multiple channels and priorities
  • Experience analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience creating social graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

  • Basic proficiency in videography, photography, and/or podcast production/tools
  •  Experience messaging for global audiences across multiple regions and time zones
  • Experience supporting executive thought leadership or executive social media programs
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, workplace technology, facilities management, corporate real estate, or related industries
