Job Description
  • The Coordinator, Social Marketing will partner closely with NBC and Peacock Social Marketing team members to support social campaigns for scripted, unscripted, and acquired series and films including requesting creative, and contributing to performance reporting, with the growth opportunity to develop strategy and drive execution for select titles. This role will also support social editorial planning, and management of the NBC and Peacock social channels.
  • This role will support the team with day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities, including invoice processing, scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, and providing general coordination support across a bi-coastal team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner with NBC and Peacock Social Marketing leads to support social campaigns, including paid social media campaigns
  • Manage creative workflows, including requests, approvals, and asset distribution.
  • Coordinate with Social Marketing lead and Media lead to traffic live post links for paid social amplification.
  • Process and track invoices, ensuring timely submissions
  • Support senior team members with day-to-day administrative coordination, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, etc.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, including internships
  • Expertise in social platforms and emerging creative formats.
  • A passion for entertainment and social media, with a creative mindset and willingness to innovate.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction effectively and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly.
  • Detail-oriented and solutions-driven.
  • Experience with Airtable, Sprout, and Microsoft Office (including SharePoint) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
