Position Summary

Vintner's Distributors is seeking a dynamic, data-driven Senior Manager / Director of Digital Marketing to serve as the internal subject matter expert for all digital marketing initiatives across Loop Neighborhood and Poppy Markets. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a hands-on environment, bridging high-level brand strategy with technical execution across programmatic, social, retail media, and in-store digital platforms.


The successful candidate will bring deep experience within the CPG and/or retail industries, leveraging data to drive foot traffic, increase basket size, and strengthen brand equity. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams including operations, merchandising, business development, and technology to deliver measurable marketing impact across both digital and physical customer touchpoints.


Objectives

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated, omnichannel digital marketing strategies that enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth through performance-driven media and content strategies.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and positioning across digital platforms and in-store experiences.
  • Build scalable marketing frameworks, processes, and measurement models to support continued company growth.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution

  • Lead omnichannel digital marketing strategy across social, programmatic, retail media, and in-store channels.
  • Develop content strategy and campaign roadmaps aligned to business, merchandising, and brand objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and adoption of integrated digital strategies.


Media, Analytics & Optimization

  • Oversee full-funnel digital advertising, retail media, and agency partnerships to maximize performance and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance using GA4 and analytics tools, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Lead testing, attribution, and benchmarking efforts to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.


Social, In-Store & Online Experience

  • Direct social media strategy, content execution, and community engagement.
  • Manage in-store digital advertising, signage, and promotional displays.
  • Oversee digital merchandising and promotions across online ordering platforms.


Customer Engagement & Marketing Support

  • Own digital customer engagement, feedback management, and sentiment monitoring.
  • Support cross-functional marketing initiatives, campaigns, and special projects.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Senior Manager: 5-8 years of experience
  • Director: 8-12+ years of experience
  • Strong expertise in programmatic platforms, paid social tools (Meta, LinkedIn), and GA4 analytics
  • Demonstrated success driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue through digital strategies
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in convenience retail, fuel, or QSR industries
  • Experience working with retail media networks and co-op marketing programs
  • Strong creative storytelling and brand development capabilities
  • Proven success scaling digital marketing programs in high-growth environments
