Head Varsity Boys Soccer Coach Position Description
Soccer Program
Holland Christian officially launched boys soccer in 1966, with the Michigan High School Athletic Association sponsoring the sport beginning in 1982. Since that time, the Maroons have captured 17 district championships and three state titles, most recently in 2022. The program continues to benefit from strong participation, supporting both JVA and JVB teams. Home matches are played at our stadium, which features a 72-yard-wide turf field, along with additional on-campus grass practice fields. Players and coaches have access to video analysis tools and a fully updated weight room staffed for year-round performance training. Summer youth camps also provide valuable opportunities for program development. Holland Christian currently competes in the OK Black Division of the OK Conference.
Position Summary
Holland Christian seeks a head boys varsity soccer coach who will lead, coordinate and cultivate a Christ-centered, competitive soccer program for the 2026 season and beyond. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong Christian character, ability to connect well with students, technical competency to teach the sport, and a commitment to the program and holistic student-athlete development. Use resources stewardly with a strong ability to advocate for beneficial program resources for athletes.
