Weekend Field RN – Home Health (Medicare-Certified Agency)

This position is available as PRN, Part-Time or Full-Time.

$1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Full Time Schedule: Friday-Sunday or Sat-Monday 

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide weekend home health visits for our Medicare-certified agency. This role is ideal for an RN who values flexibility while delivering high-quality patient care in the home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete skilled nursing visits, including assessments, wound care, medication management, and patient education.

  • Perform OASIS documentation for SOC/ROC/Recert visits as needed.

  • Monitor changes in patient condition and report promptly to the clinical team and physicians.

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation according to Medicare and agency standards.

  • Provide education to patients and caregivers to promote safety, independence, and successful home recovery.

Qualifications

  • Active Florida RN license in good standing.

  • Home health experience 

  • Strong understanding of OASIS and home health regulations.

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

  • Excellent clinical judgment, independent work skills, and communication abilities.
