Job description

Role Overview:Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of applied behavior analysis (ABA) based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.

The Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Colorado. With deep expertise in clinician recruitment, this individual will develop strategies to enhance talent acquisition processes, build a robust pipeline, and drive outreach initiatives that align with Soar Autism Center's goals.

Candidate must be located in the Denver Metro Area. This person will need to go into our clinic locations to help facilitate candidate tours and conduct some in-person interviews.

Below are the key responsibilities of the role:

Full-Cycle Recruitment & Strategy (50%)

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts, managing the entire process from sourcing, screening, conducting first-round interviews, coordinating with clinical leadership for subsequent interviews, and extending offers.

  • Continue to improve recruitment strategies to attract top BCBA talent in alignment with Soar Autism Centers growth and clinical needs.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates, creating a talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.

  • Partner with clinical leadership to understand hiring needs and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Host in-person events aimed at engaging local BCBA talent

Interviewing & Candidate Experience (30%)

  • Conduct first-round interviews, assessing candidates for clinical qualifications and cultural alignment with Soar Autism Centers mission and values.

  • Coordinate with clinical leadership to schedule second round interviews in a timely manner.

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear communication, transparency, and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Outreach & Talent Sourcing (20%)

  • Conduct proactive outreach efforts, including cold outreach through channels such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and phone calls with the objective to generate additional top quality applications

  • Work closely with the team to craft campaigns that highlight Soar Autism Center as an employer of choice for Colorado BCBAs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • Be located in the Phoenix Metro Area

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably specializing in clinician roles similar to that of BCBAs

  • Deep understanding of the clinician hiring process, including credentialing, licensure, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven success in developing and executing clinician recruitment strategies.

  • Proficiency in ATS systems (preferably Fountain) and recruitment analytics.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
