Position Overview:
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking full-time (0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE) BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our Smokey Point Medical Center team in Smokey Point, Washington.
Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health-or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.
  • This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
  • You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
  • Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
  • AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.
  • In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $279,366 to $328,666 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
