• Conduct remote therapy sessions utilizing a CBT-informed approach tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation through our streamlined electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with regulations and reducing administrative burden.
• Engage in weekly case consultations to enhance therapeutic practices, share experiences, and solicit feedback from peers.
• Provide telehealth therapy insights and support clients in exploring their challenges from the comfort of their own environment.
• Ensure consistent availability during weekday hours, making it easy for clients to schedule sessions.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Smart Talk, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. Our patient population includes adolescents, adults, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. This variety ensures that each session is unique and allows you to develop expertise across multiple areas of mental health care.

• An active independent license in Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• At least two years of clinical experience post-licensure, showcasing your ability to engage with clients effectively.
• Comfort and proficiency with online therapy tools and digital platforms to conduct efficient sessions.

• Experience implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy frameworks.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for client documentation and scheduling.
• Knowledge of telehealth best practices to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 yearly, along with a performance-based bonus structure designed to reward your commitment to client engagement.
