The purpose of this application is to allow individuals to update personal information, such as Veteran Status, EMT Certifications, Language Fluency, Gender, Ethnicity, Employment Locations beyond residency preference on the Firefighter and Police Officer lists, etc.
THIS APPLICATION IS NOT TO BE USED BY PROMOTIONAL CANDIDATES WHO WISH TO SUBMIT ECT&E, E&E OR PROMOTIONAL CLAIMS OR APPEALS.
This application is for any individual who currently appears on an Official Service or Labor Service Eligible List, or has previously filed for an examination with Massachusetts Civil Service.
In addition, filling out this application will allow individuals to view and update the contact information listed in their profile, such as address, email, phone number, etc. Please remember that it is the responsibility of the applicant to keep all personal and contact information current to ensure timely notifications.

Due to the method of data conversion, combined with the fact that some applications were received in our former application system, and migrated to our new system through our data conversion process, some individualswill not be able to see their examination score(s) through their Civil Service Account.
