We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) professional to join a growing medical consulting firm as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative. This is a full REMOTE position with company-provided equipment.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative - Schedule: Monday - Friday, full time. Looking for flexibility between 7A - 7P PST (8 hour shift will be assigned within this window, but staff must work a centralized schedule during their first two weeks to align with the training team)
Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative - Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Insurance Collections experience
  • Experience working with Government & Commercial payers
  • Strong IT/Computer skills (Tech savvy)

Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative - Day to Day:
  • All account follow up duties for unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims
  • Calling insurance payers and checking statuses in payer portals
  • Responsible for the appeal process
  • Production expectations is that talent ramp to 45-55+ accounts / day (depending on payer)
  • Quality goal of 95%
