Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Assistant, based in Port Chester, NY. The selected candidate will manage vendor bill tasks, process and organize financial transactions, and assist with accounting records. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate financial data, coordinating with vendors and clients, and providing support in financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Prior use and knowledge of QuickBooks is required.
  • Work history in related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
  • Experience with Invoicing and financial transaction processing
  • Excellent Communication skills for vendor and client interactions
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines

Part time In-Office Hours: Monday thru Friday 9am to 2pm
