Accounts Payable / Receivable / Payroll Clerk

Bellingham Ford is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Payroll Clerk to join our team. This is a full-time position supporting the dealership's accounting and administrative operations.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Starting Pay

  • $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain accounts payable invoices and payments
  • Assist with accounts receivable and daily accounting transactions
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain employee payroll records and timekeeping information
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end procedures
  • Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy
  • Post payments, receipts, and other financial transactions
  • Communicate with vendors and employees regarding account or payroll questions
  • Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
  • Assist the accounting department with daily administrative tasks
  • Protect confidential financial and employee information
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, or general accounting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional communication and customer-service skills
  • Automotive dealership or DMS experience is a plus, but not required
