Join a dynamic team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer for the State of Mississippi. In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and optimize robust enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Collaborate with technical experts, shape business process automation, and make a direct impact on public sector digital transformation. [Responsibilities]
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications for diverse business needs.
- Build and maintain Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas) and automate workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop custom plugins, workflow extensions, APIs, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Create and manage executive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
- Configure Dataverse tables, security roles, and data validation rules.
- Integrate enterprise systems leveraging REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph.
- Oversee solution deployments using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support data migration, conversion, and system integration initiatives.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical planning, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance in multiple environments.
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- 3+ years with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Proficiency in configuring Dynamics 365 environments, entities, forms, dashboards, workflows.
- Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Power Platform components.
- Advanced skills in Power BI report and dashboard development.
- Strong background in Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems via web services and REST APIs.

- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph integration.
