Job description

Paint Line – Parts Handler

Location: American Products – Strafford, MO
Shift: Tuesday-Friday 5:30am-3:30pm
Pay: $17.50+

Join our Paint Line team!
Our Parts Handlers play a key role in making sure parts are properly handled as they come off the powder paint line. If you enjoy handson work, pay strong attention to detail, and want to grow your manufacturing skills—this may be a great fit!


What You’ll Do
  • Hang parts as they come off the line
  • Inspect painted parts for runs, sags, or missed areas
  • Rotate between stations as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Ability to read/understand blueprints, diagrams, and instructions
  • Basic problemsolving skills
  • Understanding of powder paint processes is a plus (not required)

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with others and communicate professionally
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Normal vision (close, distance, color, depth)
