We are looking for a Small Engine Technician to join our team at our Statesville, NC location!

Pay: $20 – $55 per hour (commission, pay plan flexible, options available for top-tier candidate)

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on a diverse range of vehicles and equipment
  • Service agricultural equipment and zero-turn mowers.
  • Maintain our reputation for honest, 5-star quality work.
  • Advanced diagnostics: electrical, drivability, engine performance
  • Complex automotive and light/medium-duty diesel repairs
  • High-level problem vehicles other techs can’t fix
  • Major repairs completed efficiently and correctly the first time
  • Clear communication with advisors to keep work flowing
  • Occasional guidance of junior techs (no babysitting)

What We Need:

  • 3+ years of mechanical experience (Auto, Diesel, or Equipment).
  • Reliability and a team-player attitude.
  • Strong diagnostic mindset — scan tools don’t think for you
  • Ability to flag hours and stay productive without micromanagement
  • Automotive and/or diesel experience required
  • ASE certifications preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and professional work habits
