JOB SUMMARY
As a Slot Supervisor, you will provide frontline leadership and operational oversight for the Slot Operations team. You will be responsible for supervising Slot Attendants, ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming regulations, supporting exceptional guest service, and maintaining efficient daily operations on the casino floor. Through strong leadership, sound decision-making, and a commitment to operational excellence, you will help create an engaging and memorable gaming experience for our guests.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
  • Safeguard company assets and promote the safety and security of guests, team members, and gaming operations throughout all slot areas.

  • Enforce company policies, departmental procedures, internal controls, and applicable gaming regulations.

  • Maintain knowledge of casino promotions, marketing initiatives, special events, and guest loyalty programs to better assist guests and team members.

  • Ensure all scheduled workstations are properly staffed and operational at the beginning of each shift.

  • Develop and implement effective staffing plans, work schedules, and personnel assignments to support operational needs.

  • Supervise, coach, and support Slot Attendants in the performance of their duties.

  • Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance records, and departmental documentation.

  • Ensure variance books, key control logs, time records, progressive documentation, and other operational records are completed accurately and reviewed timely.

  • Handle guest concerns and disputes professionally, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

  • Promote exceptional guest service and maintain established courtesy and hospitality standards.

  • Monitor daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and adherence to operational procedures.

  • Ensure adequate inventory of departmental supplies necessary for daily operations.

  • Enforce break schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels throughout the shift.

  • Assist management with employee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, coaching, recognition, and disciplinary recommendations.

  • Provide operational leadership and guidance to team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Function in the capacity of Slot Manager when assigned and perform all associated responsibilities, including acting as Managerial Representative on Premises when authorized.

  • Serve as the designated point of contact for operational issues during assigned shifts.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous casino operations, gaming, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of slot operations, gaming regulations, internal controls, and Title 31 requirements.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

  • Excellent guest service and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience handling sensitive information and cash-related transactions with accuracy and discretion.

  • Proficiency in completing operational reports, logs, and documentation.

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions under pressure.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and permits.

  • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and maintaining company standards.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Move throughout all areas of the casino property.

  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time during assigned shifts.

  • Bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions as required.

  • Lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with elevated noise levels and exposure to secondhand smoke.

  • Maintain the ability to effectively respond to guest needs and operational requirements.

  • Read, write, speak, and understand English.

  • Respond appropriately to visual and auditory cues.

  • Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts as business needs require.
