CUSA, LLC, a nationally recognized leader in hotel management, is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the dual-branded Choice Hotels MainStay Suites & Sleep Inn in Newnan, GA.

The Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, safe, and secure environment for our guests. This position is responsible for delivering superior customer service while efficiently managing front desk operations. Key responsibilities include assisting guests with inquiries, offering knowledgeable recommendations about the hotel and surrounding area, and ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
This property operates under the Choice Hotels brand standards and utilizes the Choice Advantage PMS system.
This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, candidates must demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work weekends and varying shifts based on business demands.
