What You'll Do
  • Lead complex, enterprise-scale engagements end-to-end as an Engagement Lead, owning delivery outcomes, client satisfaction, program execution, and financial performance (revenue, margin, and overall engagement health)
  • Partner with senior and C-level client stakeholders as a Transformation Delivery Partner to shape, sell, and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Design and execute delivery strategies for large, multi-workstream programs, navigating risk, resolving complex issues, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams while mentoring and developing delivery leaders within a matrixed professional services environment
  • Contribute across the sales lifecycle, shaping delivery approaches and supporting pursuits, while continuously improving delivery frameworks and quality

What You'll Bring
  • 12+ years of consulting experience, preferably within a large professional services firm, with a track record of leading complex, enterprise delivery programs end-to-end
  • Experience delivering large-scale programs in excess of $10M, with accountability for outcomes, financials, and client impact
  • Proven ability to operate at the C-level, managing senior client relationships and influencing across complex stakeholder environments
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional teams across technology and business domains, including navigating ambiguity and managing risk in complex environments
  • Strong capability to deliver within a matrixed organization, balancing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and delivery demands
  • Deep experience with modern delivery practices (e.g., agile and scaled delivery) and enterprise environments (architecture, engineering, infrastructure)
  • Exceptional communication, client leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes
  • Must be within a commutable distance to a Slalom office and able to travel up to 80%

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Director in Boston, New Jersey, New York, Washington DC, is $200,000 to $300,000. For all other locations the range is $200,000 to $275,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
