Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job description:

Location: Knoxville, TN

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Position Overview

The Rework Department is seeking a dependable Rework Associate with production or warehouse experience. This role involves general inspection, packaging, palletizing, and material movement to support daily workflow. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical environment and performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general inspection and visual quality checks on products
  • Package, rework, and prepare materials for shipment
  • Palletize products and load carts as needed
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
  • Stock, organize, and load warehouse inventory daily
  • Count and document inventory on a rotating basis to maintain accurate records
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable with repetitive motion and physical labor
  • Must wear steel‑toe shoes starting Day 1

Qualifications

  • Previous production, warehouse, or rework experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
