Job Summary:
Come to work at a world class ski shop and enjoy the best benefits package in the industry.  Join our passionate team and we’ll train you on all aspects of fitting and selling ski and snowboard boots - no experience required!  As a Bootfitter, you will provide our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.   

Job Specifications: 

  • Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.69/hr 
  • Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 
  • Shift Type: Part Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age 
  • Housing Availability: No 

Job Responsibilities:                                 

  • Fit guests with the latest ski and snowboard boots - we'll train you!
  • Provide excellent guest service at one of our ski/snowboard retail shops   
  • Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
  • May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments       
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends
  • Commitment to exceptional Customer Service                                                               
  • Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods                                                                                                                   
  • Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English 

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.69/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
