Berkshire Bike and Board is a growing family of local bike and ski shops, all with a singular purpose-to get more butts on bikes. We expanded into the ski market in 2024 and we have established ourselves as the go to ski shop for seasonal rentals, ski and board tuning, and ski boot fitting.

What You'll Do
  • The ability to ask customers the right questions and listen to their responses
  • The ability to understand the customers desires and goals in cycling, and to show them the right products to help them achieve their said goals
  • Have the expertise and self confidence to close the sale
  • Assist with non-sale tasks when necessary
