Job description

SISCO (Self Insured Services Company) is a leading third-party benefit administration firm dedicated to maximizing the value of employee benefits for our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering an effective, yet human, experience by hiring the best employees and equipping them with the best technology. We are continuing to grow, and as a result of that growth, we are adding an Implementation Specialist to our team. 

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate the implementation process for new clients, including confirming the scope of services.
  • Develop and communicate implementation project plans and timelines.
  • Conduct initial and follow-up implementation meetings as necessary.
  • Monitor the progress of implementations and communicate revised plans and timelines.
  • Build plans and groups based on design specifications within turnaround guidelines.
  • Provide advanced problem-solving, troubleshooting, and consultation for clients.
  • Ensure all client information is transmitted to appropriate systems/entities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, experience with mail merge and Excel preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization, as well as time management.

Experience:

  • Employee benefit/insurance knowledge helpful but not required.
  • Previous experience with Ebix Enterprise, LuminX, Redcard helpful but not required.
