The Creative Specialist works with the Director of Brand Marketing & Events to create and manage materials for events, trade shows, and internal projects.

Event & Trade Show Support

  • Create and design materials for events and trade shows.
  • Produce signage, booth graphics, stage visuals, presentations, and branded materials.
  • Help set up and take down event materials, including lifting and installing signage and displays.
  • Provide on-site support to ensure everything looks professional and follows brand standards.
  • Assist with travel logistics and coordination when needed.

Technology & Event Support

  • Help manage event technology, including presentations and speaker needs.
  • Work with internal teams and vendors on audiovisual setup.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Design & Production

  • Design print and digital materials such as banners, booth graphics, templates, and promotional pieces.
  • Prepare production-ready files and manage revisions.
  • Capture event photos when needed.

Internal Creative Support

  • Create materials such as flyers, ads, sales tools, and digital graphics.
  • Balance internal requests with event priorities.
  • Follow brand standards and meet deadlines.

Brand & Organization

  • Apply brand guidelines consistently (logos, colors, fonts, messaging).
  • Help update templates and branded systems.
  • Keep files organized and follow naming and storage standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • 35 years of experience in graphic design or event marketing.
  • Willingness to travel for events and trade shows.
  • Ability to lift, carry, stand for long periods, and assist with setup and teardown.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Photography skills and experience capturing event or brand imagery.
  • Experience supporting live events or trade shows.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is helpful but not required.
