As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers by providing product knowledge, processing orders, and ensuring an exceptional buying experience. You’ll work closely with our outside sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams to help meet our customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Provide product recommendations and technical support
Process sales orders and quotes accurately
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Collaborate with vendors to source materials and resolve issues
Stay up to date on product lines, pricing, and availability
Qualifications:
Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or a technical sales environment (industrial or hose industry a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable with computer systems, including order entry and CRM software
