Inc. has an immediate opening for a Program Integrator to support our STORM program at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Position Description:
The Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Program Integrator is a senior level analyst to provide technical and management support for the planning, direction and control of program cost, schedule and performance for the PrSM Increment 4 program.
Responsibilities:
• Support the preparation and maintaining of technical documentation such as evaluations, reports, studies, briefings, specifications, and item descriptions for PrSM Increment 4 product development.
• Assist with planning and developing acquisition strategies to support development and fielding of PrSM Increment 4.
• Support the development of Scopes of Work for PrSM Increment 4 efforts.
• Coordinate with laboratory personnel for details and path forward on component development and integration including Technology Transfer Agreement finalization.
• Coordinate with prime contractors for PrSM component integration and qualification; assessment of risks associated with the PrSM Increment 4 program.
• Provide input and recommendation for integrated master schedules for PrSM Increment 4.
• Support briefings, meetings, working groups, integrated product teams related to PrSM Increment 4.
• Coordinate between functional elements in the Project Office for technical and programmatic issues,
• Respond to action items and internal and external taskers.
• Support milestone documentation preparation and coordination.
• Coordinate and support for P&R forms for the program.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 20 years of experience or a Master's degree and 18 years of experience.
• Active DoW secret or higher clearance.
• 8 or more years of experience working in an Industry Program Office or Service Project Office.
• 3 or more years of experience developing and/or assessing Integrated Master Schedules.
• 3 or more years of experience developing and coordinating Performance Work Statement/Scopes of Work.
• 3 or more years of experience in risk assessment functions.
• 3 years or more experience developing and coordinating Performance Work Statement/Scopes of Work.
• 3 or more years of experience assisting in planning and development of acquisition strategies and associated documentation.
