Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead and scale its virtual clinical operations. This is a newly created role designed to support continued growth and operational excellence while partnering closely with executive leadership. The CNO will play a critical role in shaping clinical strategy, leading telephonic nursing operations, and enhancing integration with home health partners. This is a REMOTE position with travel to NYC

Chief Nursing Officer Job Requirements
  • Registered Nurse is required.
  • 15+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience in home health.
  • Proven ability to lead clinical teams remotely and operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed with a preference for candidates based in the northeast or Eastern stand time zone
Chief Nursing Officer Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee front-line clinical operations, including the development and management of a telephonic nursing organization
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, nurses, care navigators, AI clinicians) to optimize patient outcomes
