Position Overview:
Silco Fire amp; Security is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recurring Revenue amp; Billing Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the company’s recurring revenue operations by ensuring accurate and timely billing, maintaining customer service agreements and account information, and resolving billing-related questions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across departments to ensure recurring revenue is accurately billed, tracked, and maintained.
Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relations: Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding billing inquiries, contact updates, and service-related issues.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination of RMR-related activities.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer contracts, billing information, and recurring revenue history in the company and central station databases.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Generate accurate and timely invoices for recurring services provided to customers.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve RMR processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in contract management, billing, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
