Position Summary:

As a member of the signature verification team, you will compare signatures on the ballot return envelopes to voter signatures on file in the voter registration system. You will be using a windows computer and proprietary software.


Job Description:

  • Training will be provided on your first day
  • Use a computer to navigate voter registration database and access voter signatures
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while using a computer for prolonged periods of time with hourly breaks Compare signatures on ballot return envelopes with signatures on file in the voter registration system
  • Apply challenge codes to the signatures that need additional review
  • Produce consistent results in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and procedures


Essential Physical Characteristics:

Ability to sit at a computer 8 hours per day with hourly breaks.

Tuesday June 16th, 2026 - Thursday July 2nd, 2026
