The Signature Service Manager is an integral part of our operations team and directly supports our mission to deliver a world-class experience to every homeowner we service. This role oversees the Signature Service Representatives, who manage all contract, permit, and homeowner association documentation, coordinate project appointments, and maintain consistent, proactive communication with our homeowners throughout their remodeling journey. The Signature Service Manager sets performance expectations, provides coaching, and ensures the team delivers exceptional service from the point of sale to project completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily leadership, support, and motivation to ensure smooth operations and a world-class homeowner experience.

  • Establish, communicate, and enforce department objectives, work schedules, policies, and procedures.

  • Create, analyze, and distribute reports to track progress on key departmental metrics.

  • Monitor team performance, professionalism, and adherence to company standards, with a strong focus on training and teamwork.

  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members.

  • Participate in management meetings as directed.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer service concerns.

  • Maintain accurate records of documents, communications, and project details throughout the remodeling process.

  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, directing inquiries, resolving issues, confirming appointments, and providing information related to overall operations.

  • Deliver weekly updates to the Internal Operations Manager regarding Signature Service Team goals and performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 5yrs of Leadership/Management Experience

  • Prior Experience Leading Teams within the Customer Service Industry

  • Prior Experience in the Construction/Home Improvement Industry is Preferred

  • Demonstrate expertise in teaching, coaching, and mentoring, with a proven ability to develop others’ skills and performance

  • Strong capacity to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strengths in conflict resolution and maintaining positive working relationships

  • In-depth knowledge of communication strategies, customer service principles, and best practices for delivering high-quality support

  • Skilled in leading teams in a fast-paced environment, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence
