We’re seeking a motivated leader based in or around Cincinnati, OH in a dynamic territory that includes store coverage and associate training across Cincinnati and Toledo, OH, Indianapolis, IN, and regions throughout Kentucky.

Status: Full- Time
Pay Rate: $20- $22/hr, based on experience

Position Responsibilities:
As a Merchandising Area Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our in-store partnerships and workforce, driving success at the store level and contributing to our longstanding legacy of achievement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Travel independently to service stores within your assigned territory using your personal vehicle.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of part-time Merchandising Associates.
  • Execute in-store merchandising tasks including planogram resets, display builds, inventory adjustments, and signage.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Serve as the go-to liaison for store management, project managers, and field leadership.
  • Proactively resolve issues, coach team members, and maintain a high level of performance across your territory.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or training experience in the merchandising industry is a plus!
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
  • Smartphone with text, phone, camera, internet, and email access.
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling between multiple store locations.
  • This position involves duties such as lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
  • This position involves regular lifting requirements of 50 lbs. without assistance throughout the shift.
