Join Signature Retail Services as a Merchandising Area Supervisor! We're seeking an experienced and motivated merchandising leader based in or near Asheville, NC to drive store execution, develop field talent, and strengthen client partnerships across a dynamic territory. Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00/hr, based on experience
Position Status: (W-2) Full-Time, variable hour.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Travel independently to service stores throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle.
  • Train, mentor, and support a team of SRS field service representatives to ensure consistent execution and adherence to company standards.
  • Execute and oversee in-store merchandising activities, including planogram resets, display installations, inventory adjustments, and signage placement.
  • Monitor new hire progress, complete required reporting, and identify opportunities for coaching and development.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations and SRS standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for store management, project managers, and field leadership within your territory.
  • Proactively resolve issues, drive performance, and provide ongoing coaching to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and professional growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
  • Previous supervisory or training experience in the merchandising industry.
  • A personal Smartphone with call, text, email, and internet access for in-store reporting and surveys.
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling between multiple store locations.
  • Available for company paid overnight travel based on training and business needs.
  • This role involves frequent physical activity, including bending, stooping, standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving products weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
