Job description

Job Title: Signature Reduction SME
Location: Fort Bragg, NC
Overview:
SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a highly motivated Signature Reduction SME with strong experience in support of USSOCOM.
This Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to SkyBridge Tactical LLC
Responsibilities:
The Signature Reduction SMEโ€™s Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assists and conducts signature reduction planning, coordination, briefings, discussions, oversight and associated product development.
  • Works directly with assigned units and multi-echeloned joint staff in performance of duties.
  • Assists with integration of signature reduction plans to support and enable mission requirements. Product development includes but is not limited to concepts of operation, plans and deployment orders, reporting requirements, concepts of support, information papers and assessments.
  • Assists in the preparation and development of new requirements documentation to include Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), SPECAT messages, Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP), Test Plans, and update Project Folders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of signature reduction plans to support and enable mission requirements. Product development includes but is not limited to concepts of operation, plans and deployment orders, reporting requirements, concepts of support, information papers and assessments
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree
  • Minimum of 12 Years of Experience
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex government contract requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
