E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Signature Reduction Management Officer to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA in support of the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) G-3 X. The Sensitive Activities Directorate (G-3 X) US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) provides Analytical and Support Services to US Army Counterintelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and Signature Reduction (SR) to the Sensitive Activities Directorate (G-3 X) U. S . Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Headquarters (HQ) and its Major Subordinate Commands (MSC).


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to CI, HUMINT, and SR missions. Services include CI, HUMINT, and SR analysis and support, collection management, intelligence management, signature and identity management, intelligence planning, technical planning, classified research, data analysis, and technical writing.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 10 years full-time in a Military Intelligence or IC role supporting CI, HUMINT, SR, or other sensitive/specialized intelligence activities.
  • 8 years of staff/action officer experience supporting an Intelligence organization, to include maintaining accountability of staffing actions, organizing senior-level meetings and briefings, coordinating personnel actions, and disseminating information across the command.
  • Successfully completed one or more of the following: JCITA BOSC, JCITA FOSS, JCITA APC, DATC or equivalent
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
  • Knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and 707 related to their duties.
  • Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.
  • Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with NDI on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have and be capable of obtaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the appropriate level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience writing and editing professional products for multiple audiences
  • Experience reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to requests on accessing, formatting, coordinating, and consolidating
  • Experience assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings, and providing intelligence dissemination support
  • Experience building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings
  • Knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and style guides
  • Knowledge of IC analytic tradecraft standards and processes
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
