Job Description Job Description: PAI/OSINT Targeting Subject Matter Experts to support USSOCOM. PAI/OSINT Targeting SMEs are responsible for conducting search, discovery exploitation analysis and fusion of PAI in social media platforms, open sources, commercial databases, and/or other PAI datasets in support of current and future Operations, for foreign intelligence purposes. PAI/OSINT Targeting SMEs and analysts will conduct entity identification, identity extraction pattern analysis, and profile development across various PAI data sources. PAI/OSINT Targeting SMEs and analysts shall also coordinate and collaborate with other government personnel to integrate this information into the all-source analysis and targeting process in support of operations. Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods. Job Responsibilities: A PAl/OSINT Targeting SME shall be capable of performing as a PAl/OSINT production manager and senior PAI/OSINT analyst over a range of topical or target portfolios, provide quality control of PAI/OSINT analysis and production and be capable of advising the government client on developments or innovations within the PAI/OSINT discipline, including opportunities to improve PAI/OSINT processes, tools, and techniques. Job Requirements: PAI/OSINT Targeting SMEs shall possess the following qualifications: * Must possess a minimum of ten (10) years of intelligence analysis experience within DoD or an Intelligence Community organization. Prior experience providing intelligence support to special operations forces conducting operations is strongly preferred.
* Within those 10 years, must possess at least five (5) years of specific experience in PAl/OSINT exploitation directly supporting special operations intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or Human Intelligence (HUMINT) lead development. Prior experience providing PAI/OSINT analysis support to special operations forces conducting operations is highly preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e., reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or new sources) will not be considered equivalent experience to PAI/OSINT exploitation experience directly supporting operations.)Must have working knowledge of current intelligence analysis and forecasting methodologies and tools, as well as working knowledge of the intelligence community structure, authorities, and capabilities. * Must be able to demonstrate SME-level understanding of PAI/OSINT methodologies and SME-level proficiency with the current suite of available PAI/OSINT databases and tools. Must be able to demonstrate expertise in the following areas: PAI, social media, open-source data sites, data collection, OSINT software capabilities, data visualization graphing/features, data export data transport image recognition, geospatial query interfaces, and geospatial visualization of OSINT data. * Must have at least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in the management and execution of digital signature reduction techniques.
* Must be able to demonstrate a high level of proficiency with current all-source intelligence analysis and forecasting methodologies and tools, as well as a detailed knowledge of the Intelligence Community structure, authorities, and capabilities.
* Must possess superior written communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate high levels of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, machine language translation software, data visualization/graphics tools, and standard internet browsers.
* Must demonstrate a history of briefing at the O-5/GS- I 4 to the General Officer/SES level; will be required to research, build, staff, and present information and decision briefs at this level.
* Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible. Must meet eligibility requirements for Special Access Program (SAP) and Alternate Compensatory Classification Measures (ACCM) information.
* Must possess a valid US passport
* Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.
* Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.
