  • 10+ years of relevant exposure to the energy industry, with deep expertise in at least one of the following fields: corporate innovation, venture capital, corporate development/strategy, M&A/Finance or growth equity
  • Ability to design and operate startup collaboration models in large, complex corporate environments
  • Deep knowledge of venture-client processes, including business need identification, startup selection, procurement enablement, pilot execution, product ownership, scaling decisions, and technology adoption
  • Strong understanding of the energy landscape, industrial decarbonization, climate tech, Industry 4.0 and the role of external innovation in accelerating transformation
  • Excellent strategic judgment, commercial acumen and diligence capability across both qualitative and quantitative dimensions
  • Experience working with senior executives, boards, investment partners, business units, customers, startups and external ecosystem partners
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach teams, build trust, raise standards and create clarity in ambiguous environments
